Why did I not receive a confirmation e-mail?

You might not get a confirmation for one of 3 reasons. The email went to your spam/junk folder, or our mail system might be down, or you input the wrong email address. You should receive an e-mail confirming your order within minutes after you have placed it. If you do not receive that e-mail, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. If you cannot find it, please contact us immediately.

I just placed an order. Can I change the size or design? Can I add an item to my order?

We cannot edit an order once it has been placed. You will need to go through the exchange process, or place a new order.

I want to make a return or exchange. How do I do this?

I have a question about sizing. How does sizing work?

Each clothing company has unique sizing. We try our best to include their sizing information on each product’s page.

The website won’t let me check out. I keep getting an error page. What do I do?
We recommend waiting and trying again later. If the problem persists, try changing your browser or clearing your cookies. If the problem persist, please e-mail us.
